Reloaded — Ticketing and door check-in that survives a bad night.
Sell a ticket from a phone in seconds, hand the customer a signed QR, and scan them through the door — even when the venue wifi gives up.
How it works
Sell
A seller takes a name, a phone number and payment, and the ticket is issued on the spot. Quotas are enforced in the database, so two sellers cannot oversell the same tier.
Scan
Every ticket carries a signed QR. The door app verifies the signature on the device, so a forged code is rejected instantly without asking the network.
Reconcile
Sales by seller and duplicate scans by gate, in one view. A ticket presented twice is recorded rather than quietly waved through.
At the door
Venue wifi fails at exactly the wrong moment. Because each ticket is signed with a key the scanner already holds, the door can tell a real ticket from a forged one with no connection at all. What needs the network is knowing whether a ticket has already been used — so the check-in itself is a single atomic write, and a ticket presented twice is reported as a duplicate rather than admitted twice.
That is the honest version: forgery is stopped offline, double-entry is stopped by the database, and anything ambiguous is put in front of a human instead of guessed at.
